Princess Alexia and the Legend of the Trolls: Princess Rasha is kidnapped #IndieBooksBeSeen

Who is Princess Alexia?

Princess Alexia is a fun character to write about. She has strength, humor, sensitivity, and courage all rolled into one.

In her first book Princess Alexia and the Dragon we found her taking on a quest to save the Ample Apple Orchard from another burning by the fire breathing dragon.

A bit about Princess Alexia's adventure in

Princess Alexia and the Legend of the Trolls.

Peddle and Meddle, two fairies on a mision, delivers to Princess Alexia a scroll about the Legend of the Trolls.

On this scroll, it read: 100 years ago, Princess Rasha of the troll village was kidnapped by the evil Gnomes. Thought to hold magical powers, she is held prisoner in Gnomeland to this very day. After her kidnapping, the troll village was abandoned in grief and trolls took to living under the bridges of The Wondering River terrorizing whomever crossed their paths.

When Princess Alexia learns about their plight she, Zoey (her faithful four legged companion ), and Titus (the fire-breathing dragon), sets out on a quest to rescue Princess Rasha.

Princess Alexia and the Legend of the Trolls:

It was a dark and stormy night when the Gnomes gathered at the edge of Shadow Swamp. Their movements were muffled by the katydids whistling while fish leaped out of the water just to splash back in a foot away. Owls hooted and crickets chirped in annoyance at the disturbance.

One by one, the Gnomes entered their canoes and paddled across the swamp disturbing lily pads and avoiding the sharp stumps rising above the water.

Storm clouds gathered and the moonlight peeked through slivers of cracks to light the Gnomes path. Reaching the other side, they moved through the prairie, crossed the Wondering River. The sleeping trolls underneath the bridge did not wake. With stealth like quietness, the Gnomes continued on, unseen.

They slowed when the troll village came into sight. The leader set his eyes upon the largest home which he knew would hold the princess. At an imposing height of seven feet with a slim frame, a slight hunch to his back, and black beady eyes which sliced through the night with eagle vision, he grinned a toothless smile in anticipation. The princess and her magical powers was going to make him wealthy.
