Invisible Stains by Jeannie Frazer #IndieBooksBeSeen @JeannieFrazer

Author Jeannie Frazer:

Roaming the world combined with her creative flare has made Jeannie Frazer a natural story teller. Jeannie grew up in Perth, Western Australia and after struggling through school, she eventually found out when she was 42 that she had dyslexia.

She escaped to the wheat belt area of Western Australia to become a jillaroo. She drove a big brand new tractor, which she couldn't believe the farmer put in her hands. In her spare time she was a nanny for all the local children.

Returning to the city she worked as an accounts clerk and receptionist but had wanderlust in her veins and couldn't settle. This took her overseas to the UK, where she worked as a nanny for affluent families. Following one of the families to Sydney, Australia to work as a nanny, she met and married her husband. She now has two children. After living in Sydney for 12 years she relocated to Melbourne, Australia, which she now calls home.

Being a full-time mother was most important to Jeannie and with running the household, helping with her husband's media company and perfecting her writing skills, she has her hands full. Jeannie still does all of those things but now has written and published her first book Invisible Stains, a fictional psychological drama.

About Invisible Stains:

Every daughter wants a mother’s love, protection and trust. Claire Hatfield learns early in life that she can’t get these things from her mother, Janis. When Janis fails to protect Claire from the abuse of her evil stepfather, and accuses Claire of lying about what happened, their tenuous bond is broken.

Claire’s troubled adolescence is tainted by shock deaths in her family and the frequent changing of homes and schools that Janis’s unsettled lifestyle forces on her. Finally, when Claire is seventeen, a job on a remote rural property allows her to escape her mother’s physical clutches, although her emotional ties will prove much harder to break.

As she grows and matures, Claire treads a bumpy and at times treacherous path through romantic entanglements, until a chance meeting with a psychic leads to a startling discovery. Is Claire’s destiny to be forever shackled to her troubled past? Or will she find the love and empowerment she needs to conquer her demons and finally break free?

Invisible Stains is a gritty and heart-wrenching psychological drama, as tragic as it is inspiring, that moves from the red dust of outback Australia to the enchanting boulevards of Paris.
